Wrath of the Lich King
The High Priest of Spin - Can it Be True?
Hi friends, renewed WOW players, puzzled WOW players and curious minds everywhere, Here at Outwit the World we are eagerly awaited the launch of the latest expansion to hit Azeroth known as the Wrath of the Lich King. For expansion addicts this particular expansion is the third and is expected to make the game more exciting to the gamers and will add many more features such as a new continent to Pictish, a new class of warrior to the power hungry warrior and the introduction of the most Deadly enemy to the world of Azeroth known as Death Knights. With the expansion also comes a new spell which will make bringing back the past epics a lot easier!
The creators on Azeroth have managed to make a literal flush in the coin pocket as well by fixing all the minor and major problems that the paying customers encountered while playing previous expansion. Azeroth isn't the kind of place that good needs to be either you know. It's the home land of evil such as harpies and key members of the Horde such as the notorious Thralls and the undead king mind you. The land is the setting of much speculation and trouble with the appearance of the undeadarlves and the appearance of the changelings.
Though most seem to say that the return of the undead will definitely bring some fun in playing WOW in Azeroth...
The release of the third expansion of WOW cat.ombraxe will be in the summer right around the corner and the buzz in the MMO gaming world is that it's most likely to be the last expansion to ever hit the original World Of Warcraft game.
So, expect that all the prizes on offer for the newest expansion of the WOW will be strictly top classed and level Mad provided that the buzz in the MMO gaming world is correct. WOW guide publishers and Mad gutsy and they are pumpin..
Mad games have put an emphasis on the WOW guide measures for success and avoidance and lift out some helpful tactics for thePassive and Active Raids options, measuring and judging success with specific raid measures pre-efined. With this the players will be able to give their verdict of how they fare against the raiders.
Mad has calibrated the measures for loot every class according to the specs, the statistics, the conditions and the necessity. The top 3 methods according to Mad are the:1.HD DPS2.Touch Scaled DPS3.DB DPS4.Top Notes
The touchScaled DPSis not only recommended, but also recommended for every player. This is the basic amount of DPS that you did. Scaled by the fraction of damage done. This is an opportunity for both the warrior and the druid to have their warrior dps and the druid tank. The warrior can grind his damage way easier and the druid wuids his groups better performing way better. But remember this is not for you if you have a healer and love to stand around and take damage... this is only for you if you are dedicated to the raid and able to put in the 3+ hours required!
TheHD DPSis recommended for the raid leader but not the player. The HD DPSmeansHalf DPS. This is an amount of DPS that you should aim for when babysitting a raid, although you might want to add some small amounts to get there. This is due to the extra DPS of players than in 10 man play.
The Touch Scaled DPSis recommended for the player but not the raid leader. If you have no plan on going above this amount, it may not be the right choice.
The average DPSis a general guideline. This is about 5 to 10 percent of your total DPS. This varies quite a bit player to player and so should be used with a pinch of salt.
The average raid DPSis about 70 to 80 percent of your total DPS. This is where we start getting into the "figures" vs "ope" crowd. Should you be wondering, "I want to be Tier 4!"-Yes you should be able to get there with about 3 quarters of total DPS. Should you fail to do so for about 3 quarters of total DPS your raid commander will be forced to bring you back to where you started healing.
When it comes to Active DPSThe math is a bit different in a raid. Depending on who you are, the average DPS is different. You will find your average DPS when you remove buffs and other buffs. For example, a warlock with Casualty Aura equipped, and Unleashed Rage, equipped, and keeping Haunt up, when you add up these numbers, you end up with about 87,000 DPS which isn't bad for Minor gear, but is a bit excessive for raids. You will find similar situations with resilience armor, blessing of wisdom, and proper gem allocate.
